Terms and Conditions
Access and use of the StayCured Medical Clinic Pvt. Ltd., website is subject to the following terms of use and applicable laws. By using this site it is understood that you accept the following terms and conditions without limitation or qualification. If any part of the terms and conditions is not acceptable to you, it is advised that you immediately terminate further use of the site.

StayCured reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of the terms and conditions on this site at any time, without prior notice. It is advised that you periodically review the Terms of Use for changes. Your continued use of the site will mean that you accept all such changes or deletions.

While the site attempts to remain current, health care information changes rapidly and thus the site should not be relied upon as comprehensive or error-free. The web site reserves the right to change this disclaimer or other terms and policies from time to time.

Answers to your health questions via the web site are provided by medical professionals at StayCured Medical Clinic based upon a limited inquiry without the benefit of a thorough medical examination. You should not use this information to diagnose or treat health problems or as a substitute for a physician's examination and advice.

Consultation Fee
Here at, StayCured Medical Clinic, we treat every patient with the care they deserve, whilst offering competitive fee for our treatments and procedures that reflect our team’s experience, expertise and the level of care we offer. Apart from the Consultation Fee that has been set up by the Board of StayCured (which could be changed from time to time) the patient would have to pay for the various test that would be prescribed the the physician such as: Lab Test, X-Ray, Medicines, Drip, etc.

Refund and Cancellation
You agree to make a full payment to StayCured Medical Clinic for your treatment, at the time of booking your appointment, and as such we enforce this requirement following the booking of that appointment.

If you wish to cancel your appointment at a later date, you may do so by calling our administration team on 040 4016 5703, 099 6344 0404 at least TWO (2) working days before your appointment date. In this case, a full refund payment will be made to your account within 7 working days.

Cancellation less than ONE (1) working day before the due appointment date, will incur a charge of 50%. In this case, you hereby grant StayCured Medical Clinic the right to retain this amount from the payment you have previously made for your treatment. The remaining fee will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.

You agree that failure to turn up on a booked appointment or cancelling it at the last moment would lead to forfeiting your entire consultation amount, and therefore any further refund is based on this refund and cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals

Patients that miss their appointment would only be treated and consulted based on the availability of the physician and will not be given any priority over those patients that arrived on time.

If there are NO physicians available to attend to late arrivals than the patient would be given 50% credit to an alternate appointment at another convenient Day and Time.

Patient’s Negligence
Staycured Medical Clinic Pvt. Ltd., Doctors or staff cannot be held liable simply because things went wrong from mischance or misadventure or through an error of judgment in choosing one reasonable course of treatment in preference of another. Staycured would be liable only where Doctors conduct fell below that of the standards of a reasonably competent practitioner in his field

There must be a specific injury as well as actual damage to sue for negligence. You cannot sue Staycured because you were unhappy with the level of service or cannot sue Doctor if an allergic reaction to a medicine occurred unless the patient had informed the doctor about the allergy having occurred previously and he still insisted on prescribing the medicine. If Staycured Doctors prescribes the patients one medicine and the patient took wrong medication and it ends up causing you harm then you would not have a valid claim for medical practice And, like any medical malpractice action, in order for the lawsuit to be viable, you have to prove that the doctor’s actions actually amounted to medical negligence.

A simple lack of care, an error of judgment or an accident, is not proof of negligence on the part of a medical professional. So long as a doctor follows a practice acceptable to the medical profession of that day, he cannot be held liable for negligence merely because a better alternative course or method of treatment was also available or simply because a more skilled doctor would not have chosen to follow or resort to that practice or procedure which the Doctor followed.
