This is how you can prevent pancreatic cancer: You will have to quit smoking and alcohol. Excessive alcohol consumption causes pancreatitis and later pancreatic cancer. Maintain an optimum weight, control diabetes, eat fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and avoid junk, oily and canned foods. Try to exercise daily and lead a healthy life.
